Girl working the drive-thru on Tuesday 8/12 at around 7 was rude af. (The one in her eyeliner e-girl phase). She rushed me through - and I’d forgotten to take the onion off a burger (I can’t eat onion, oh no). I drove forward and straight away picked up on my mistake - couldn’t reverse as another car was behind me. Figured I’d just tell her at the window and the first thing I did was say “hey I’m really sorry but I made a mistake. - she told me “it’s already been made and proceeded to act super rude about it. I would’ve been happy to pay or park up and wait but she just stared at me? Sorry you hate your job hun, hospitality is a dime a dozen - but I also work in retail and it pays to even just fake nice. You know you could’ve just put it on wastages. I just drove away as there was no resolution offered. Thought about driving around again just to be a Karen mid-20’s but thought better of it and went to Maccas. Your drive-thru was dead it wouldn’t have been that hard. A gal just wanted something fast after my own retail job all day, jfc. It’s not that deep. 🙄

I work FIFO, I like to get a meal when I'm back in Perth. The first time I ordered here the burger was excellent. (For a fast food outlet) Today's experience was as far from that as possible. After arriving at the speaker and waiting a minute or so, I get a curt "what you want?" (That is a quote) surprised a little I placed an order for a large whopper meal. "What drink" was the following question, I ordered a strawberry thick shake. "Anything else", then "drive round" when I declined. I drive to the widow, I'm met with a middle-aged woman who clearly does not want to be there, seeing me get my card out, sticks the machine out the window, followed by three more words "want the receipt". I said to her "you are really rude", which was a waste of time, as she had already moved on to the next poor customer, to her, I clearly didn't exist any more! What's happened to a little courtesy, a few manners, or even just good customer service. I will go out of my way to not return here. The girl at the final windows, was good, checked my order, had a smile, and said thank you. I get home (less than 10 mins away) to find the burger looked like it had been thrown in the box from a distance....

So, I went in and ordered a Carolina jfc meal and a spicy jfc but instead of receiving a spicy jfc I received what seemed to be possibly a spicy Carolina jfc? But the burger lacked any sauce other than mayo and on it it said add ss which I assume is spicy or Smokey sauce which there was none of and also I hadn't asked for 2 large chips only for the one in the meal but due to a misinterpretation I had paid more for old chips because I checked and it was all there but noticed these changes too late as I was out of the area when I checked the jfc burgers. Also there was what tasted to be mustard on one edge on the burger where I started eating? Although I'm assuming it was the Carolina sauce that was meant to be 'on or in' the burger. Don't get me wrong I love hungry jacks as it's one of my favourite fast food resturaunt but my experience in this store was just...
