Hungry Oz Pizza — Restaurant in Western Australia

The pizza got delivered to my home yesterday. Delivery time was good. My pizza was good. What put me off was the guy owner/manager on the phone his customer service sucks. After I placed an ordered he didn't tell me how long it will take to prepare and deliver so I called him back after 36 mins and asked him how long. He took offence straight away and I never got to explain to him why I called back as he was busy getting back at me . All I wanted to know was how long it would take as my guests were waiting and I had to let my guests know. The whole phone conversation not only put me off but my guests too. Such a terrible customer service experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone to place phone orders as no customer should be allowed to be treated the way I was treated in this era of...

The original Hungry O's guys were fantaxtic. Then the name changed to Hungry Oz and they were still good. Then they sold to the new person and the new owners have gone cheap. Pizza is only so so. Toppings not tasty and very miserly with them. Base is soggy and not enough tomato sauce. The lady who is usually out the front of the shop on the footpath with sundry hangers on smoking then goes inside and makes pizza without washing her hands is a turn off. The broken fly screen on the front door likewise. The shop looks like it needs a couple of hours with a pressure cleaner to get it back to something close to clean. No more. There is much better...

ordered two family pizzas, both to which were not cut properly. making it hard to remove slices individually, crust/basing was dry or over burnt and to top it all off, the delivery guy forgot my drink. told me he would return with it. only to come back to my house with a WARM drink. all of these things might appear minor. but when you fork out nearly $60 you'd expect your pizza to be cut properly at least! first time ordering from here and will most definitely...
