KFC Malaga — Restaurant in Western Australia

Terrible experience last Wednesday night, our kids favourite night as we get take away as a treat and to give us parents a break from cooking and cleaning. Got to drive thru at Malaga KFC at 6:22 and five mins later was placing my order. Very simple meal boxes to order, except I changed an item for my daughter from spicey wrap to original, simple change. The guy on the speaker seemed confused but all good, maybe he was in training. He said he’d have to ask if the change was ok and went silent. A longggg minute past and nothing, I’d been totally forgotten about and the drive through was backing up. Then a female voice says “place your order please”. I replied “umm, I already have but the guy disappeared”. This got no response. I said “hello, are you there?”, she replied “yes”. I asked “so, do you have my order that I just gave to your colleague?” She didn’t know what I was talking about and asked me to place my order again. Got to the first window to pay and my order wasnt correct on screen, so more changes again. They tried to hand me drinks we didn’t ask for so they took them back. Then after paying $60 for only three meal boxes, all regular size, I drove to the next window and we sat idling wasting crazy expensive petrol and 15 minutes later (no joke) and watching other customers walking back into the store and returning their meals, finally we got handed our food. I quickly looked in bag when my daughter told me to check the bag. Glad she told me, as it was missing a box and my wrap. I knocked on the window and the guy realised my wrap was sitting next to him. I asked about the missing box and he organised that quickly. 6:51 I finally drove away, almost half hour at a fast food drive thru. Got home and the items in our boxes were incorrect. Very poor experience and a waste of hard...

Got there about at about 9:55 am . Where there's a menulog sign saying open . And I did realise they open at 10 but the door was open. I waited for about 4 minutes and no one came out to let me know that they were still closed. But when I said hello a guy came out (Franq) and told me that they were closed. I did tell him that the door was opened and that's why I came in . Also the me ulog sign was saying open. He also told me. "Get Out, I will clise the door" his english wasn't the best . He also said that I was being mean to him. I work in the disability sector and went there to buy food for them as we are very close to KFC Malaga. But being disappointed I called to speak to the manager the same guy said he was the Manager and was telling I was rude and said that he was short staffed. I get that and would understand had he told me that in the first place . To be honest i left that place at about 9:59 . He didn't even say please wait but wanted me out so he can lock the door again. I get that times are hard and we are all pinching pennies. But the service here was so poor. I also would like to mention there were two people in the office a lady came out but went back in . To be honest the service here is always bad but we still come thinking it will get better. Sometimes you have different music blasting in the kitchen and another in the front. But this was the last straw. What upset me was the guys wasn't being very customer focused and said he didn't care if I complained higher. Really they lost big business at least from the...

Ordered large chips with extra salt +gravy. Got so much salt on them that the chips were white, there was salt caked to the inside of the box. I tried one, INEDIBLE. Went in to get a replacement. Young bloke was apologetic +took them back. The “kinda new girl” laughed +casually apologised. She must be kinda new to consuming food cos she obviously doesn’t know how salt works. She remakes the chips out the back while her +coworkers are having a laugh + giggle, then hands them to me “there you go” with a bored nonchalant look on her face. I had to walk inside +wait again for her to be blasé +look fed up cos she doesn’t know that lots of salt is too salty. Toddlers know that. Then she has attitude!?

Then the new chips had no extra salt. Wouldn’t even say they’re salted enough to be a regular level of seasoning. Wasn’t going to walk back in a second time though. I’m going to hazard a guess she’s not that stupid to not do this correctly, I’d say she doesn’t care +doesn’t pay attention. Terrible attitude for someone...
