KFC South Lake — Restaurant in Western Australia

This is not the first time that KFC south lake has failed to provide an adequate service. On this occasion that pushed me to the tipping point i had ordered my go to Zinger burger box. I like to order it with a cheese slice, chilli relish sauce and supercharge sauce. All of which failed to appear on the burger once it arrived. With the sides i do enjoy the snack popcorn chicken as well as two regular chips with extra salt. Now i will say the popcorn chicken was amazing as per normal and the chips were perfectly salted, However they gave me 1 large chips instead of 2 regular chips. Now you may think that this is okay, but i can tell you that means less chips for me. Not a happy chappy without my extra chippies. As for the delivery old mate did a wonderful job and left it at the door perfectly. When i found my awful attempt of my favourite zinger box, naturally i called the KFC to complain, because how else are they going to improve without knowing what they did wrong? Anyway as per my cheese slice, chilli relish sauce and supercharged sauce the workers also seemed to be non existent to answer the phone. I warn anyone on a nice Saturday evening craving their favourite food not to order KFC online as you will be greatly disappointed and then unable to call up and give positive feedback regarding the experience.

Horrible Experience - Violently Ill After KFC Bacon and Cheese Fillet Burger

I am absolutely appalled by my recent experience with KFC. On November 30th, at 5:27 PM, my best friend came through your drive thru and ordered me a Bacon and Cheese Fillet Burger from your location, and what I received was not only a disappointing meal but also a nightmarish health disaster. After consuming the burger, I started feeling incredibly ill, experiencing severe stomach cramps, nausea, and vomiting within hours.

I am not exaggerating when I say this was one of the worst food-related experiences I’ve ever had. It's not just about the physical pain I endured but the utter lack of care and quality that seems to have gone into the preparation of this meal. The burger was cold and dry, and luckily the kids had nuggets and didn't get sick. I can only assume this was a result of poor food handling or, worse, contamination during preparation.

As someone who trusted your brand for quick, reliable food, this has completely shattered my confidence in KFC. Instead of enjoying a meal, I ended up spending my night in the bathroom, too ill to do anything else. Again my brutal hunger has forced me to journey East to the great KFC at South Lake. A 15 hour journey on horseback from the great West, Yallingup. My experience at this restaurant is as follows. I arrive in the early evening and am greeted by a young man who seems to be of Asian descent. He is very friendly and asks if I would like to order now or take a seat first. I choose to wait until they are ready for me. There are only two other customers eating so it will not take long. The menu is quite extensive with many options including some that I have never seen before such as "chicken nuggets" which appear to be made of chicken skin. The prices are reasonable and there is a special offer available where you can buy 10 pieces for $5.99. When I finally get up to the counter to place my order, the Asian man tells me that he has been instructed to give me an extra piece of chicken free because he recognizes me from previous visits. This makes me feel good about myself but also causes me concern regarding his mental health. I think I should ask him how he knows me. As soon as my food arrives, I find that it is delicious.
