Where to start?

The manner in which the staff interact with customers is appalling, no communication and merely slamming the product down on the table - not even a “here you go”, or any eye contact/non verbal acknowledgment for that matter.

The three items ordered were each a massive let down in their own right.

The pie was very doughy, but the least offensive of the trio.

The panini was comprised of 90% bread, no cheese, no sauce, one slice of ham and some very fragrant spinach which lent itself to the formation of the meals entire flavour profile.

The third meal, the wrap, was incorrect. I’m unsure as to how they could mix up the wraps as there weren’t many varieties left when I attended the store....

The interior of the venue is also very lacklustre for 2020, it feels like a commercial warehouse located within an industrial zone; mismatched seemingly recycled furniture not of the “funky” kind, exposed concrete flooring and matte black wall finishing - how grim.

Overall, with all of these factors, which on their own make for a terrible experience, the store is a firm one out of five stars - perhaps lower but unfortunately one star is the lowest I can award...

Ordered a chicken advocat and cheese roll . Most unsatisfying roll i have ever eaten in my life. No butter, no mayo no seasoning enough chicken to feed a sparrow.ordered extras lettuce capscicum snd cucumber pretty much the only item in the roll was lettuce . Shame on you charging people $13.00 for a tasteless disgusting roll and think they should be happy. You should not be in the food industry. stay away from this place. Seriously a piece of toast and vegemite would have been so much more satisfying . I dont mind paying but not when people think their custimers dont matter ....

We come here often as is it on the way to school. The staff is always friendly and prompt to be helpful. Last week the Lawley’s team went above and beyond. They made a huge donation of baked goods and breads to support my daughter’s school project! Thanks to the kindness of the store owner, the store manager Susantha, and clerk Ode, the project was a huge success!
