Chanced upon this interesting spot when driving through Darlington in the hills From the road it just looked sp inviting with a modern twist. Patking is easy and its a.nice spot. It was a surprisingly busy little place with lots of what looked like locals and bushwalkers coming and going consistently. There is indoor and outdoor seating on the balcony that has a lovely forest outlook. Ordering at the counter eas easy and it was not long before the food arrived. The food presentation was very nice as you can see from the pictures. The taste of the food was also was very nice. We had latte for our drinks and that was nice too! Over all a very nice and enjoyable experience.

Wow.... Some places just really go out of their way to make an eating and dining experience top notch and this one cafe really does this. The staff are very friendly and the food is unbelievable. I had the vegetarian breakfast and being Irish i am very selective about my breakfasts... This one I will not forget. Absolutely delicious and the balcony view looking into the tree canopies made for an awesome dining experience.... Can't wait to come back

After driving past admiring this beautiful little place for many moons now, we finally finally decided to stop in. Sooo glad we found this amazing little gem! The food is absolutely amazing!! They use Bolt coffee - another little hidden gem out the back of Midland that we love for our kid free days and the ladies were so hospitable and lovely! For someone who isnt ovearly fussed on salads, the salad i had was the best thing I've EVER eaten! Perfect ratio of salad and dressing/chutney and it was truly sensational! Made to perfection! The ladies were lovely, the view from the balcony was beautiful - Surrounded by all the beautiful trees and fresh air! If you havent checked this place out, I highly recommend it! Cant wait to go back and try everything else on their menu!!

Thanks heaps Little Nook Cafe and we look forward to seeing you...

We were regular customers for some years. We'd travel 40 minutes to go there. Food was good. Service was tolerable.

Until we showed up TWO MINUTES after they "closed the kitchen".

Their time to close was 1:50pm, yep not even 2pm.

They turned us away, after we drove 40minutes to get there. That day my wife's mother had a fall and we had to help which delayed us getting there. But we thought it closed at 2pm, we got there at 1:52pm.

Well they didn't just turn us away that day. They turned us away FOREVER. We wont be treated like that, ever.

My wife and I are business owners in separate businesses and neither of us would ever turn a customer away like this, never.

Dont bother with this place, there are other places with infinitely...
