McDonald's Orana — Restaurant in Western Australia

ordered 5 happy meals, only gave us 4, before asking we specifically asked if this was all of the order and they said yes. we were in the drive through with people behind us so we couldnt stop to check. we got home with 4 of our meals so we called up to see what happened. they answered with a bland voice and we told them what happened then they replied with "oh yeah, thats over here in the corner" so when we went back to get it the MANAGER had no gloves on and unravelled our meals and put his fingers all over the meal so we obviously asked them to remake it and they rolled their eyes. after they finished making it was asked for a bit of compensation and just grabbed a brown bad and scooped half a shovel of chips and basically told us to be on our way. judging by their reactions this clearly happens often. not to mention how unhygenic this place is. dirty tables, dirty playground, and dirty everything. train your damn managers better or dont hire...

Right. Maccas in Albany has been notoriously bad for the last few months. Apparently no one wants to work and the boss is "notlovinit" as quoted by the Albany Advertiser newspaper. We have been going and as of late, there have been no more than two staff members on over night and they are absolutely run off their feet. It would be easier on everyone if they were just shut. How can a business be that money hungry that they will put TWO people on when there are always lines of 10+ cars in the drive through. It has always been quantity over quality and they are putting their own staff at risk of abuse and harassment when people are having to wait 30+ minutes for meals which end up undercooked, raw or just the wrong thing completely. It isn't fair on these people for the bosses to expect them to work like this....

I wish I could rate it lower but the amount of times Ive waited so long for like a drink or something is just wow and the amount of times Ive been charged extra for a $1 slushie is not even funny This point and when I try to say hey this is the wrong price, it's a $1 drink it's always been that way why do you put it up to $5 she's like no it's $5 and last night I went in for a food run because why not and I asked if the drink is more expensive during the day or something and the girl said no it's always $1 and I was told to call this morning which I did, I explained the situation and was HUNG UP ON so I called again after calling the maccas in town and they said just call them back so I did and the woman told me she would report me to police for a prank call THIS IS NOT A PRANK, YOU...
