MK Masters — Restaurant in Western Australia

Coming from Sydney (near the mountains) a few years ago we tried to find a decent Kebab Shop near Mandurah ...take away or eat in as a regular but "Good kebabs" are limited. I found MKM and had a great conversation with the owner and our first try they were great ....we have had beer and kebabs (a great idea) occasionally and they were just ok.The last two times including today the kebabs were below average ...the lamb not cooked enough...hardly any tomato,lettuce and onion and sauces(two missing completely) as ordered .Seems to always be different depending on the staff ??? My partner and I bought 2 lamb kebabs this morning 1/11/18 at 10am. I have always been a big fan of your store, but after today I will not be coming back. We were served the worst kebabs I have ever eaten in my whole life. They weren't fresh and were made out of site from us. The meat I can only assume was taken out of the fridge as there was none on the turnstile. I had tomatoes and onion put on mine even though I specified I did not want them. The worst of all was they were served stone cold, the meat, bread none of it was cooked. Since this morning my partner is now sick...

Called in my order and not ready when I arrived. Had not even been started. 3 staff on, only 2 customers and the other customer had not been served. As it was a rush, to get my kebab, as I had scolded the staff, politely, it wasn't toasted as it is usually. No apology from the staff, the looks on their faces was like I had asked for their first born child. I apologise in advance for being a dinosaur that expects service when spending 17 dollars on a single kebab. I was a customer of Vace's for 10 years, not know more. Over priced and...
