Muzz Buzz - Erskine — Restaurant in Western Australia

Good morning, I did not want to leave this on Google but after going onto Muzz Buzz website to find a a different platform to leave this complaint in and could not find anything. I felt like I needed to share this with you. I go to Muzz Buzz Erskine almost every morning which in a week totals for me between 80 and $100 on coffee, and sometimes a snack every day the girls are just lovely, friendly apologetic and always trying their best. I order ahead to give them time as it is so busy in the mornings and have noticed since going there from 5 am. It has got busier and busier so having to on from five instead of six would help them out tremendously . My problem was this morning. I turned up for my online order only to be casually spoken to by a girl I had not seen there before at that time. Tell me I’m sorry, but your snack is not ready as the oven hasn’t warmed up properly. Can I get you something else or are you in a hurry , I answered with yes, I’m in a hurry I’m on my way to work and how long is it going to take? She said a couple of minutes so I said that is fine no problem. Then still in no hurry and casually passes me my drink, which is a hot chocolate , I said I did not order a hot chocolate I ordered the same thing I order every day which is an ice latte. She then looked on the screen and said oh that’s funny it says hot chocolate. So I raised my receipt and showed her exactly what it said which was an ice latte? No this may not say much but I guess every day having amazing service. It was very annoying being asked or told at the oven isn’t hot enough at 5:30 when they open at 5 am instead of just saying to me, it won’t be long , I would not have known anything different and would not have got annoyed at her question of our you in a hurry and then giving me a hot chocolate instead of what was on the screen, maybe some of the other girls could work on her language skills. No, thank you...

Do not go here! Save yourself some time and go to Café Manhattan across the road they do much better customer service and coffee. Went to Muzz Buzz to get a coffee at the walk in, there was another lady in front. I watched three cars in the line get served one of which pulled up after me, then the lady in front of me. I then tried to order and was was told very matter of factly that I will need to wait as "customers are served in the same order as cars". i then watched another three cars pull up and get served... -__- by the 10m mark my order hadn't even been taken so I left and went across the road to Café Manhattan, got served good coffee instantly by...

Popped into Muzz Buzz the other day for my daily coffee on the way to work was served by young lady who was tall with long red hair can’t remember name was extremely disappointed with the customer service also acting like she didn’t enjoy her job or dealing with customer joi also refuse to serve us and kept us waiting around the window when there no other cars or people waiting it’s in a shame I normally have great customer service by muzz buzz please sort your...
