Vietnamese Street Food Express Mixed feelings today.

Firstly, this place is also a fish and chip shop. There was only one person serving and making the BM's. Every time a new customer came in or the phone rang, they stopped. Even though there was no one in front of us it was a 25 minute wait.

We ordered traditional and roast pork. These things are huge! I took a couple of bites of the RP pretty good, pate and sauce were awesome, crackle was a bit too salty and no bandruff, but it was up there.

Then I took a bite of the traditional. OMG! Coriander! 🤢 I DETEST coriander! I think they forgot the "no devils salad" request and then when they realised, tried to take it out, but missed some. I tried to pick the rest out, but unfortunately for me that was it. All I could taste for the rest of the meal and day, was that awful flavour.

Someone else came in to pick up their preordered Father's Day lunch, which hadn't been started because they had the wrong time. So I'm not sure if they were just having a bad day or if this is the norm.

I definitely think that they could be great with some more care and staff.

This has become our regular since finding out about this perfectly hidden gem nestled in Halls Head

Placed an order for 2 Crispy Pork Rolls for 4.20pm, pulled up at 4.20 on the dot & they were just finished exactly on time, walked in the door as they were placed on the counter

All the flavours combine perfectly & with every bite there was that crispy pork crackle de'licious 😋 👌 😋

We didn't even make it out of the car park 😆 The wife & I sat in the car & thought we would just have 1 bite but couldn't resist. I guess the 10-minute drive home was just too far

What a fantastic find, tucked away in Halls Head (Mandurah)

We both had the Crispy Pork Belly Vietnamese Rolls 😋 they were the tastiest food I have had in years. A combination of tastes that was incredible & hard to stop eating even when your full! Definitely the best in Mandurah (if not Australia) There was a steady flow of people, a lot of whom were also first timers & found by accident Everyone was agreeing how absolutely delicious the food was & so reasonably prices
