Muzz Buzz - Wangara — Restaurant in Western Australia

I have been a regular at this muzzbuzz for the last couple of years and have gotten to know the staff quite well. The girls have always been extremely friendly and good at their job, always welcoming and very helpful. The drinks have always been nice and I've never had a complaint. However, recently this has changed, I have found out through the original staff and through my own observation when at the store that there has been a change of management and that Jaycee, the old manager who was always lovely and welcoming had left. The quality of coffee and food made by the new staff members has not been up to standard and the level of service from them was way below the level of the original staff. They have been rude and disorganised, there has been multiple instances where the didn't have stock of regular items for multiple days and weeks in a row. The coffee is great here and I am a regular. The reason for the low score is due to several of the staff who currently work there. It is very disappointing that this business is damaged due a few unprofessional staff members.

I've never been to a cafe, restaurant or similar where it is acceptable to openly mock, speak unkindly about or sigh out loud at paying customers. Furthermore, swearing, talking rudely about people they know and bitching about other staff members in a volume loud enough for parked cars to hear is disgraceful.

Had a free coffee on my card so thought I'd pop in on way to work and use it. But I was charged a $2 fee for my free coffee! It clearly states on the card any product to the value of a tall drink FREE yet when she went to give me my coffee she said it was $2 you only get xx amount off umm what!! the card says free 😡 I know its silly to complain about $2 but it's really annoyed me.
