Stopped by out of the blue on a rainy day. Had lunch ordered the pelican burger..fish n chips and some squid rings. The price was good. The squid rings blew my mind on how tender and crispy they were. The fish was flaky and succulent. And the burger.... The burger was massive and delicious possible heart attack inducing. Would definitely come back Edit - came back, new owners. Fish and chips Friday. 18 dollars, 2 massive pieces of fish, absolute fantastic in taste, texture. Literally perfection. The chips, amazing. The salad wasn't bad too. Iam honestly really impressed, iam always hesitant after a business changes hands as usually the quality is not the same. And in this case it was much better. Honestly best fish and chips I've had. Fantastic service. Great price. Even better fish and chips.

I love this cozy place by the peaceful and beautiful river, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The fish and chips were above average, and the sauce was exceptionally delicious — truly unforgettable. The staff were all very friendly and always had a smile on their faces, which deserves special praise.

Great location & great food, we came here for new year's day and it was packed. They handled the busy spell really well and had no effect on the quality of our food. I Would recommend a stop in this cafe to anyone especially families. 6* if I could best customer service I have had in Australia Ever !!!!

Great location & great food, we came here for new year's day and it was packed. They handled the busy spell really well and had no effect on the quality of our food. I Would recommend a stop in this cafe to anyone especially families. 6* if I could best customer service I have had in Australia Ever !!!!

A great spot to wander down and have a coffee, breakfast, lunch or snack. It's a lovely spot on the river in the South Yunderup neighborhood. A nice venue to walk to or pull up in a boat and relax. We occasionally spend the weekend with friends in the area and enjoy a relaxed walk along the river, stopping in for a coffee and a brekkie roll. It has a simple cafe menu but the atmosphere and the staff make this a spot worth a visit just to chill and watch the river flow past. The local ducks will come and say hello BUT please don't feed them. It is under new ownership and management now so we are looking forward to our next visit hopefully to see...
