Great Food, Great Service Inside, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE SINCE DOOR DASH.
I have ordered from our local Red Rooster for over 3 years now, even ended up a Red Royalty Platinum Member in the end. They used to have the best delivery service around, until Doordash happened.
Since the company owner decided to over haul their delivery system and try utilize Doordash it has been the worst experience ever.
First attempt of ordering delivery left us Short 1 Gravy & Mash as well as a 600ml Coke, Doordash were so incompetent that the staff had to personally drop off these missing items.
Second attempt arrived 30 minutes after pickup, Chips were cold and so was food.
This third attempt was the worst by far though🤣 I ordered early to beat the rush, the first driver collects my food, and I notice he misses my house, and eventually the tracking just stops. I phone up the restaurant, they confirm it was picked up. Yet 20 minutes after the supposed pickup, still no food. So I call again, turns out the 1st Driver gave my food to someone else by mistake...so my order has been made fresh again and sent with a 2nd driver....2nd Driver arrives, at this point I have been waiting over an hour for my order, he proceeds to hand me a bag full of KFC🤦♂️ I had to stop him before he drove off, and explain it was the wrong order. he rustles through the back of the car to grab out a Red Rooster bag with my name on it. Huzzah...or so you'd think. I get inside to find my Large Drink and Large Chips missing from my meal🤦♂️ Turns out the driver "forgot" there was a second bag. So I have to phone again. Fortunately, the staff being as amazing as they are correct the issue by getting their own driver to deliver an upgraded replacement LARGE Coke {1.25L) and Large Chips, with some "We Are So Sorry Pineapple Fritters" thrown in.
ALL IN ALL, THIS RED ROOSTER IS STILL AMAZING.
BUT BY ALL MEANS THEY NEED TO DITCH THE DOORDASH and go back to the internal delivery service. DOORDASH...
Read moreOrdered through meanulog and every time I do they forget the slaw it’s been the 4th time they say the same thing everytime we will credit you and when u come in we will give you one they do not offer a refund as they should as I did not receive it. Tonight the manager that sounded 12 said I can’t have one delivered as her driver had finished for the night it was 6:45pm I said I have a vegetarian person with no dinner now. She then said I have to go it’s very busy I wanted to discuss a refund she would listen she talked over me and said I’ll have to call my boss and call you back. I said I’m sure your driver has a mobile see if it’s in the car or ask your driver to turn around coke and collect the food and refund me all the food so I can go out and get some more food for everyone including the vegetarian. She said she would call me back. She called back and would not take a breath for me to answer so her apparent driver that was finished work was coming back not to deliver the slaw but to collect the food I asked well why not just deliver the slaw she would not stop talking over me and said well your adamant to come collect the food I said I was adamant for the slaw she would not listen talked over me so it ended in me yelling she hung up and the driver has not returned to get the food for my refund and I have not received a refund for the slaw that was not delivered. The worst customer service ever her first answer instead of being rude and saying she is too busy to speak to me was offer a actual refund not wrote down a note of credit for when I come in. I have not received a refund for the missing food till this time

Read moreWent to red rooster Butler yesterday for lunch with disability client and am calling the health department this morning! Ordered the 3 piece satisfier. The chicken smelt and tasted off told the girl at counter and asked for a replacement ,she said" it's all from the same batch". b told her if that's the case its all off then. She then offered me chicken tenders but in the same breath said "their going to be the same too cause they're from the same batch. I didn't want food that was off. So out of the box I ate the puny packet of small chips and the ridiculously small potato and gravy as had not got to the chicken at that point. After paying $14.00 she reluctantly gave me a 5$ refund. Should of not been offering more off chicken and looked into the matter. Pretty sure the chicken pieces cost more than that. As I was with my client we were at the store quite a while not once in the near 2 hrs that we were there did anyone come and wipe a table or sweep the floor. We sat at a booth and it was filthy food all over tables and seats plus floor. This was the case for most of the tables and seating. My client needed to use the toilets but they were so dirty, not hand wash as it was pulled off the wall, dirty floors, used toilet rolls on floor and generally unkept it was not busy at all so there is no reason for this area not...
