Red Rooster Noranda — Restaurant in Western Australia

Came through drive through earlier today to grab some lunch for myself and my dad and I don’t know whether to laugh or cry at the staff’s stupidity. I ordered 2 combos and a roll by itself with the total being of about $34.85, I got through to the pay window and requested to pay $20 in cash and the remainder $14.85 on card, the girl serving said ok and then had to get her coworker to help work out how much I’d be paying on card, she first charged me $14 on card which I found already odd because it was already under the total by 0.85c. At this point I didn’t say anything just yet and the girl asked for my $20 note so I gave it to her, then she started taking out change where I spoke up and said I shouldn’t be getting change for this meal, she looked at me as if I were the stupid one and went “no this is how you wanted to pay”, she gave me back $19.15 from the $20 note. I checked my bank card and was only charged $14 on there so I got 3 meals for the price of $14.85. I tried to speak out about it but was shut down so if the tills are out not my fault, also the food we received was very poorly prepared and presented, not to mention I didn’t receive my drinks for the combos. too many times i've given this red rooster the benefit of the doubt. several times i've not received items in my order. Today was the last straw. Sitting in line for servers minutes waiting to order, then to receive COLD food. Chips were hot but inedible due to too much salt it was burned my lips and tongue (and i love salty chips, this was an inedible amount of salt.) My "triple tender" spicy burger was cold. No not the cold lettuce, the actual chicken was cooler than room temperature and there is no way i am eating that not knowing how long that chicken has been sitting at that UNSAFE temperature. It's unacceptable. I have been charged $17 for a meal i cannot eat. I won't even bother talking about the so called "tenders" i'll just attach a photo to show what Red rooster calls a tender. I had supported my local for many years and today is the first day I’ve actual been super disappointed with the customer service at this store. I ordered a large classic roast and they made the order wrong. When I brought it back in it was passed around until 1 person just took the bag back and said sorry. They made me another meal and didn’t ask if I wanted chip, potatoes or verges like they usually do and they just made it. The girl that originally served me avoided me and act like nothing has happened. They then just said Sorry and I didn’t ended up with what I want. I didn’t want to go back in once again as it was dinner service. By the time I got home the only thing that was still warm were the potatoes. I don’t know if it was worth giving them another chance as it doesn’t seem that they actually want...
