Spearwood Kebabs — Restaurant in Western Australia

Totally disappointed in the food and customer service. Our order was completely incorrect and trying to talk with the manager and store person who made the order was completely useless. Our order was 2 kebabs and a box. We wrote each order down so it was easy to be made. We were given 3 kebabs, 1 kebab was correct, the other chicken kebab, was missing 4 ingredients and had an ingredient which was not ordered. Who knows why we were given a third kebab but it was random and nothing close to the other two ordered kebabs. The box had half the requested ingredients. Plus we’re we’re charged for the additional kebab we did not order. We phoned and brought this to their attention and told we had to drive back there and return the products to be refunded. Sorry but when you pay for something you shouldn’t have to go out of your way to return it because they stuffed up. Disappointing at the extreme lack of customer service or care factor...

NEWER: what I have discovered is it all depends on the staff on how much meat you get with a meat box. Typically the owner gives the correct amount some of the other younger staff don't. I think the owner should advise his staff on the correct amount

NEW:I reviewed this place a year ago and it was terrible. How ever yesterday i thought id give it another go. I am happy to say it was awesome. I got a meat box and this time there was plenty of meat. I also got a gozleme which was also very nice.

This is the worst kebab shop I have ever been to. So over priced and more oil than food on the kebab. Ordered 2 kebabs and a meat box and it was over $70. One of the kebab was ment to have no salad and came loaded with salad. Waited over half an hour and threw most of it in the bin. Called up to complain when I got home to eat once we realised how terrible it was ,called 5 times and no answer at 7:45pm. They were not busy when we went there so not sure why it took so long and why they didn't answer the phone. Will never go back , waste of money and...
