Thai Tae — Restaurant in Coogee

Below is a picture of the food from Noot Thai in Cockburn central. Absolutely hands down twice as good as Tae Thai, l ordered food from here last night and it was very stale tasting and not enjoyable l found the quality of garlic pepper beef very flattening was no freshness to your beef. I also ordered Thai Green curry chicken, It cost me $32 for a chicken Thai Green Curry that was 3/4 full of veges and 1x chicken tender cut up. Serious rip off!! $32???? How?? At Noot Thai $22.90 is the same meal and it's full of chicken, always fresh and tasty & every time l have bought from there l have been left very full and satisfied and that's lots of times but silly me thought l would try uber eats and order some Thai (Tae Thai ratings looked good 👎🏽) truth be told the food wasn't at all.

For alot less cost and a whole lot better quality of meal, size of meal and protein and price do yourself a favour and go to NOOT THAI...

It pains me to only give 2 stars but PLEASE PLEASE can you educate your phone staff …. The quality of food here is excellent however, and this is a big however, staff need to learn to take orders. The menu is a little ambiguous …. My husband ordered a red curry, fantastic, but when it arrived no rice! No rice with a curry … when we called we were told you didn’t order rice …. Who has a curry without rice. Fine, you want to charge extra for rice …. But at least ask us if we want it. My wife ordered a noodle dish …. Under the noodle section … was delivered, you guessed it, without noodles! A lovely sauce but would have been better with some substance! Please, if a meal comes without an expected side ASK if the customer would like it …. Otherwise all we are paying for...

All the food that we ordered was lovely I would give all the food we received a 5 star but so disappointed with the service. Ordered the food at 6.15 - told it would be half a hr (not a problem) my daughter went down to get it at 6.45 - we received our order at 7.45!!!! My daughter waited there a hr. I think the restaurant should be more honest and tell when you are ordering that there is a hr wait. So all up we waited a hour and half . Not good enough I’m afraid. While my daughter was waiting she heard the Manager? Tell staff to tell customers on the phone that there is a extra 15 min wait??? That should have been 60mins wait. 😌 I am happy to give this restaurant another chance but I will be asking for a proper time or ordering hr...
