0 stars if I could give it, went to buy 2 subs today and actually walked out, customer service was beyond terrible, cashier attempted to give us the crummy left over bits from the bottom of the chicken tub that looked old and grey and fatty as they didnt want to go and get a new fresh tub, the portion tray used was also minimally filled it would barely fill a foot long sun which I was ordering, when I asked for different chicken and said it looked disgusting I was told in the rudest manner "this is actually rustic chicken its ment to look like this it's right infront of you, you should have seen it" in an attempt to defend my request for a better product I was told I would have to pay for the fatty grey looking chicken. I personally dont want food poisoning and if a chicken product looks grey and gross I have a right to ask for a better product. The customer service by this particular person is below acceptable, shame I didnt get her name , she always has terrible customer service and picks and chooses who she is polite to or when management is around. I walked out of the store without buying anything and will not be back there are many other subway stores around. A formal complaint has also been lodged to the head office, shame as even with this particular persons poor customer service I have usually had a good experience but todays rudeness was beyond acceptable and I wont be back. Read moreWorst Customer service ever. Normally I don’t bother putting a review as I believe that sometimes people have a bad day, and once off you may encounter bad service. It is normal. However, this particular establishment has time over time not failed to deliver bad service. The only reason I have continuously gone here, after numerous amount of bad service, is my kids’ love-eating sub and this place is close to home.
Yesterday, we had over seven orders, each person ordering different. As they were being wrapped, Tabita, the person serving us started scribbling on the wrappers, what she thought was the best description of the sub we were ordering so that they cannot be mixed.
We requested to pass the marker to us and we will right our individual name. She refused to give us the marker and would not explain why, but insisted that her way was the best. We tried to explain that if we wrote our own name it would create less chances of mixing up the subs, as some among us were Vegetarian. This seemed to frustrate her so she, slammed a pen on the counter (and not the marker) mumbling something and walked of in a huff and a puff to make up the next sub. Didn’t get what she said, but one can only imagine her intent.
Still don’t know what her problem was, but this seems to be a recurring issue and no amount of reasoning will help. I asked for the manager and she insisted she is the manager. Well best of luck to your franchise with...

New review on 11.1.22. Disgusting customer service. I hate going to this place. This is my last choice of place to go for food. Got served by a girl with name starting with letter T. I felt her behavior was very rude. I will try and avoid going to this place in future. It is amazing how they employ people who keep on damaging restaurant's reputation.
