It’s a shame that one star is the lowest rating I can give but I felt compelled to write this review so I’ve had to make do with that.
We have been ordering online here for many months as I have limited takeaway options due to dietary restrictions.
Every new order is a new hope that they will actually bother to get our order right and yet they almost never do.
Tonight is the last straw. They knew the order was wrong because they offered my husband a free cookie due to a shortage in something he ordered however they neglected to mention the cold processed chicken they had used instead of the chicken strips I had ordered - and as usual they had not toasted anything.
It was so gross I couldn’t finish it, but, like usual, we didn’t find out until my husband got home with our food and it was too late to organise anything else.
At least they cut my sub the whole way through for the first time ever.
I am so over this. We will not be returning. Sloppy food, and sloppier customer service. I recommend that you don’t waste your time or money at Swan...

Read moreI asked for my sub to be lightly toasted but she was to busy talking to her colleagues (in a different language, I might add) to really listen to customers and so it came out to dark, I told her I didn’t want it as it wasn’t lightly toasted but she said she’d make another one, I could tell she wasn’t happy about it and started natting away in her own language so god only knows what she said about me but the staff were incredibly rude and not good at listening at all.
