Best fish and chips in Canning Vale! This was our local fish & chips when we first moved to Canning Vale 17 years ago; we've since moved to the other side of CV, and have tried out all the other fish and chip shops in the area, but keep returning to Waratah as they are by far the tastiest in our opinion. Heard good things about the food from here in FB Canning Vale chat group. but the service was shocking! Walked in no hello or acknowledgement for the two girls at the counter.. Ordered 1 serve of fish and chips for my son. They took the order and place it up.. then went back to their phones.. 10 minutes later I stood up and said is anyone going to cook as they were still standing there on phones.. finally some guy comes out from the back and lazily starts to cook no acknowledgement or apology.. they don't deserve any further...

I went there with questions, Q: can you cut the cobbler length wise and can you fry the 2 strip's and the chips crispy. Short & sweet to my ears was a big fat YES answer and they didn't disappoint, no vinegar, extra salt all done with a smile but for me it's a winner winner Fish and Chips dinner.
