Appalling service and you run the risk of your room broken into, car keys stolen and everything you own. Of course the break ins are not the staffs fault but no security with constant break ins. Say I didn't stay but yet you charged me full price then told me you illegally record all calls ( Audio and Video recording of everything ) was exactly your words today. Plain and simple - Google Wintersun break ins prior to booking. That will tell you everything you need to know. Was recommended by 3 families on my way to Geraldton NOT to stay there by LOCALS because of break ins and quality of accommodation. And IN THEIR EXACT WORDS 'Its a Dive', 'That's the worst place ever honey' and 'That's the worst place you could have booked'. Your locals on your place. Perhaps a warning about the crime, lack of safety and true quality of your accommodation should be 🤔 on your Web page. To top it off is the insinuation that this review is a lie. Says everything about the third lies told today and Saturday. Lied about refund, lied about recording calls and now insinuating I'm lying. That's your customer service in a nutshell.
