Absolutely disgusting from food to the service. Young girl behind the counter was just rude, didn’t know how to smile and had no customer service skills. My husband asked her for a spoon and she went out the back, came back to the counter and passed the spoon to him while smirking at the other staff member. My husband said he felt like she had done something to the spoon and that’s why she was smirking at the other girl. It was just uncomfortable and something felt off. Chicken was dry and cold like it was 3 days old. I’m sure they just gave us the old chicken on purpose that had been sitting there all day. Ok now I'm annoyed from red rooster again, I order a fried chicken box meal for me and the kids last night we asked for only chicken legs, and got home and the was only one leg. Now my daughter who has a interlectual disability fears breasts and wings caused she almost choked and died on a bone before, so there were only 3 pieces eaten cause I don't like the big pieces either, KFC always puts legs in because of that reason like I told the young man who served me at red rooster but no he didn't give a flying yea you know lol i give kfc 5 stars every time. So this has happened the last few times I've gotten this exact meal!!! Loaded fries and a family chips. And each time I specifically asked for their to be salt added to the chips after them being cooked. As there has been NONE AT ALL. Well this time, I wouldn't even call it loaded fries as there was barely any chicken at all, and it was half filled, with no salt at all..
