Zambrero Albany — Restaurant in Western Australia

This is atrocious, I really wanted to be happy about this and like it. So much so that I have been 3 times to make sure it wasn’t just a bad day or two..

The food is trash, the service is so so so slow, it took me 30 mins on a Tuesday night to get a burrito and a nachos and a 3 taco side, there was 3 cars in the drive thru and 4 people inside. So not really that busy.

The burrito was 21 dollars and legitimately only has rice and sauce in it, barely and meat at all and no salad despite it being advertised (and no I didn’t get the toasted one) I cannot believe this, it is unacceptable, the whole order came to almost 60 dollars for a burrito, nacho and three small tacos, all of the above I will also add was so poorly packaged and looked horrible… flavourless garbage.

There is only children in the kitchen so no wonder they are constantly overwhelmed, I feel really bad for them to be left there being poorly managed by whoever is in charge… do...

i ordered uber eats and i was half way through my bowl when i felt something stab my mouth i pulled it out and it was a metal wire i went to the store and they proceeded to tell me they have nothing like that in the store as if i put it in there myself maybe next time own up to your actions and i won’t post for everyone to see your grubby store🤣 (edit for their reply) : first of all no you did not immediately offer me a refund or a new meal i had to wait atleast 20 minutes for something to be done and and yeah obviously i’m going to take the refund when you put a piece of metal in my meal lol you’re just lucky i realised and didn’t swallow and no it was not a full refund it was only the cost of the bowl not the delivery and nothing for my time being wasted and aswell as this “thorough research” you’re talking about i watched one member of staff walk in and out of the kitchen in...

I bought a burrito recently and it was cold. Even with music every now and then you could hear someone yelling in the back and they weren’t being polite at all. From what I’ve heard they don’t have any microwave waves there, no ovens, no stoves. They get so many orders wrong. My friend went there recently and she ended up getting food poisoning. One of my other friends who is lactose intolerant asked for no cheese or sour cream at all in her burrito and when she bit into it and started to eat it there had been sour cream in there but like it had been scraped off. Not to mention the spot they chose to open this place at, the driveway is ridiculous ! And it is so expensive for some cold mush. 0/10 do not recommend. Only plus is the service of SOME...
