Honestly.. seriously disappointing.. I am sitting here now.. it was hard to make our order.. staff seem disinterested, disconnected with the customers, struggled to get to us and even after signalling them.. and we were ignored almost to the point we had to force them to interact.. food was very mediocre for the price, then they got the order wrong 3 of our party of 4 got their meals and my wife had to ask for hers, they gave our friends their coffee but totally forgot our drinks.. I had finished my breakfast before we had to ask if we were getting ours, fortunately my wife was still eating her breakfast because they seemed to forget her meal.. I won't be back.. not sure how to start to mention how to improve the experience as everything seemed to be broken and I can't say it was busy and use that as an excuse.. just seemed like we were an inconvenience for the people that worked there.. I hope this helps people warning them of the scrappy service that didn't just seem to be associated with us.. anyhow.. goodluck I hope this helps the staff to see their shortcomings and they actually lift...
Read more4 stars because the Coffee is great but the service isn't. Counter staff don't listen and do whatever they want with your order and expect you just to be happy with whatever you're given. If I want a lactose free drink with no icecream, and explicitly order over ice. I don't want a 5 minute argument on why icecream should go in it or that vegan ice cream is a thing. Just for your staff to not listen and put icecream in it anyway.
I don't need to be sit there and 'corrected' over a drink just because your staff doesn't know what an iced mocha is.
If I clearly ask for a small size, why give me a large? I don't like milky coffee.
Iced Matcha isn't good, too sweet, tastes like drinking milk and despite being iced will put it in a hot cup instead.
Also really dont enjoy staff standing on the sake side of the counter as you while you try to order. It feels messy, and like theres lack of care about how you provde a service.
Foods great, coffee is good when they do it right but they seriously need to take the time to listen to what customers actually want instead of just making whatever...

After ordering, our coffee came very quick but then after about 30 minutes our food still hadn’t arrived. I asked one of the staff who went to check. She then returned to say somehow our order had not been put through. She was extremely apologetic and said that we could order another coffee or cold drink for free Our food arrived soon after, then went we went to pay, they refused to take any payment and again apologised Mistakes happen, but it’s how a business deals with the mistake that sets them apart Besser Kitchen staff were fantastic as was the food and coffee.
