Avoid this place they intentionally give you bad food
Ordered a cowboy angus through drive through paid with cash and was given the burger straight away and a quick have a good day (which in moment i thought was weird as it was way to quick (i find out when i get home why)
Get home open meal and stale/cold chips Burger (1st picture) missing key ingredients (all it had was cheese patty and some bbq sauce) (and different bun which was later told it was because they were out of the other one (which okay fair enough but still should of been told in the drive through) The patty was solid rock hard and burnt (clearly had been sitting there for ages I drove straight back walked in and complained which I guess the manager came over and took it back and told others to remake it few minutes go by and she gives me the "new burger" and asks me to check it to which i open it and instantly see its the exact same burger I just handed back i then tell her and ask her where the missing ingredients are and point to the picture just behind her asking where the ingredients are that are clearly pictured (onion rings and bacon clearly shown but not given) to which she takes it back and goes and tells them to remake it comes back what felt like double the time compared to the other burger and hands it to me in new bag in this moment I was just done and just left thinking they couldn't screw it up again.get home to the (pictured 2nd burger) and open it to again the same patty except they finally added a tiny piece of bacon that didn't even cover half the patty and 2 onion rings (which were stale) (i also marked the original burger to see if they would just give the same as i have heard some places just give the same food back and yeah same patty got given back)

Read moreThis place used to be my go to. Too much has gone down hill and its a shame. Things arent worth the price. The place looks and feels dirty. Takes too long to get acknowledged. (They werent busy at the time) the toilets were filthy. The menus werent even up. I went in closer to lunch than breakfast time. When asked, the lady seemed to be off in another world and like I was an inconvenience. So I paid $9 for a small chicken royale. What? Yes, you heard that right. Thats fine, but to be made to wait for 20 minites for such a small meal when there was not many cars through drive thru and one other person next to me was suprising. The staff seemed to be in no rush and no apology was offered for the wait. What has happened to good old fashioned service no matter the job title? How do you think you come across to people entering and buying something from your store? Not bloody good! The manager has to have a good tinkering, sincerely lacking....
How dissappointing! Won't be returning most likely This isnt the first time, it seems to be an ongoing issue as of late. OH and if you want to be served quickly you must go through drive thru. They were put as priority mine and the gentleman next to me our entire 20 minute wait.

As a vegetarian, this mistake was not only inconvenient but also completely unacceptable. I called the restaurant to inform them of the error and request a replacement, but instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was subjected to racism. The individual I spoke with on the phone made derogatory remarks based on my ethnicity, which left me feeling deeply offended and disrespected. They didn’t replace my meal and not apologised.
This type of behavior is utterly reprehensible and has no place in any establishment, let alone a reputable chain like Hungry Jacks. Not only was I provided with the incorrect order, but I was also subjected to discrimination when attempting to rectify the situation..
