Domino's Pizza Warrawong — Restaurant in Wollongong City Council

Twice now this has happened The manager name gee lied and hung up the phone didn’t wanna listen to what I had to say until I said I’m reporting this to my bank as fraud he made me email him pictures of the pizza without the garlic sauce he kept giving us the wrong email that took 10 minutes to send he was so rude and said if this happens again then I won’t get a refund or remake so he’s literally saying if you order from dominos more then twice and the workers muck your order up and don’t put the correct topping on it then you will have to pay for it according to the manager at Warrawong store if the workers do wrong the customers have to pay for it I’ll be reporting this to the head office in Domino’s as the manager got recorded on what he said and how bad he spoke to us about something the workers done wrong he acts as if he...

I paid for the pizza with cash money for the right amount. I wasn't given the pizza for free. NO I didn't walk out with pizza without paying. Again I paid.

But there should be a sign that shows "Receipts are not given. But a charge of ($however much) cost".

If asking for receipt is an extra work task from the staff. Then please indicate receipt's worth? Or is it only given to privileged customers or anyone on the exception list? Other customers should be advised if asking for one piece of receipt is an extra task. Cos I really don't wanna feel bad for asking the staff complaining. Makes me think I've done...

I spoke to jack the manager & owner of this place & placed an order an hour later our pizza still hadn’t arrived when we rang he argued saying we gave him the wrong address & phone number & to do the Order again would’ take another 30mins & we still had to pay full price after numerous back & fourth he offered me a $4 discount this I was not happy with That so I eventually got my 1 pizza drink & garlic bread down to $20 dilivered & within 20mins mind you I’m 1 street away.
