I take issue in the mall as I've had alot of experiences in the mall mainly consisting of bogans and welfare cheats. Everyone knows the moment whenever you like to have a social timeout with family or friends in general, it's glaringly obvious you're going to get so much fat slobs who basically wait in line to get their filthy foods from every chemically induced fast food joint - both small scale and big franchise companies. The very fact many fast food outlets are alive and well is because they make as much money as major supermarket ventures there. So what do really see there? When it comes to sitting in the Food Court, it gets largely packed full of customers who are going to get chronic health conditions later in life; and that really shocks me to the core each time I either see the same people or new ones who obviously like to check out what the mall is really like.
There's always going to be controversy when bogans stop, stare and react in hilarious ways to tell a random stranger what is up, or trying to play hero because there's a minor disagreement going on. To make a blunt point though: what you see extraordinarily is their behavior based on how they are raised by low income families to allow them to consume as many cans and bottles of alcohol per se, or most likely they are under the influence of drugs - but it's been used in a cheap and amateur style. And you wonder why there's no substance whatsoever when committing yourself to coming to a double storey mall with typecast-minded people with no inspiration other than to say they cut too many corners theoretically to say it's a cut above the rest. Why should anyone like me and you buy any of their views while they take a deep long breath to defend the 55+ old building made by hard working construction workers who had a vision, but in the recent years it became a #1 haven for bogan masses?
My clear view as far as I'm concerned is this: you can look around your surroundings in a 360 degree angle and suspect something wrong with their mindsets. It's all about eat, drink, buy, repeat everyday with too much money to lose from anyone indiscriminately. So here we are scratching our heads for a reason if the mall didn't exist, the entire Berkeley/Lake Heights/Warrawong/Cringilla suburbs would go in diametrically disastrous results: in other words it will crash and burn with no money to secure them in...

It could do with a one or two more clothing shops with Brands like Nike Adidas Quiksilver , sport's and beach wear , not more than two shop's , footlocker and maybe one clothing store upstairs on the 1 floor you may get lucky and get some brands up there . And it would have been nice to still have Kmart there instead of target I'm not a big fan of there men's clothing find it a little old fashion and there prices not that cheep as Kmart, big W products and prices are...
