Saltie Dog - Coffee & Crêpes — Restaurant in Wollongong City Council

We discovered Saltie Dog – Coffee and Crepes last year during our lap around Australia, and it quickly became one of the highlights of our trip. My wife and I still talk about it — it genuinely stood out as one of the best breakfast experiences of the entire lap.

We originally planned to stop in once, but ended up going back multiple times during our short stay because everything was just that good. We taste-tested a fair bit of the menu, and every single dish was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The coffee was consistently amazing, and the crepes were some of the best we've ever had.

The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff made us feel right at home each time. If you're anywhere nearby, do yourself a favour and stop in — it’s absolutely worth it. We’d go back in...

Today, I had the pleasure of discovering a local coffee and crepes establishment in the historic community of Coledale.

I was quite impressed with the atmosphere and the quality of the food and beverages.

I would also like to commend the owner, Mr. Leigh, for the warm welcome he extended to all the guests.

A great little cafe with delicious foods, welcoming staff and a relaxed, unhurried atmosphere. Our crepes were tasty and filling, coffee and chai really good. Got chatting with Leigh, the owner. It’s very evident in the way he holds conversations that he and his staff are really proud of what they do there, and it flows into the whole vibe of the place.
