Corrimal Beach is a relaxed and scenic seaside destination that offers sun, surf, and serenity in equal measure. This coastal reserve stretches for approximately two kilometres along the Pacific Ocean, backing onto a mix of dunes, native greenery, and a well-maintained public park. The atmosphere is family-friendly and inviting, with picnic shelters and gas barbecues making it easy to enjoy a leisurely day outdoors.
The sandy shoreline is ideal for swimming and beach walks thanks to its gentle surf. While there’s no regular lifesaver patrol except during peak holiday periods, the conditions are often calm and inviting for most beachgoers. Surfers will find small to medium waves further north near the headland to catch a few clean breaks. Fishing from the shoreline and rocks is popular too, especially early morning or just before dusk.
Corrimal Beach is also known for its popular walking and cycling tracks that run alongside the sand, offering views of the ocean as well as occasional native birds and wildflowers. Ample parking, public restrooms, and nearby cafes in the adjacent village add to the convenience and charm.
Throughout the year, the area hosts local events and seasonal gatherings, fostering a community feel. With its wide sandy beach, relaxed pace, and friendly surroundings, Corrimal Beach makes for a delightful coastal outing—whether you’re seeking sunshine, surf, or just peace...

This kept the park quiet and safe....
