Usually very good but this time around we had an issue with raw chicken that neither Thai Basil or Doordash (who it was ordered through) are rectifying.
So far we have raised this:
The restaurant then promised to converse with doordash, failed to do so one week later
Back via doordash - same templated response (no reason why a refund cant be provided)
In an attempt to end this amicably I have reached back out to the restaurant to provide a refund for the affected item only, they have hung up the phone after being extremely aggressive complaining about how far away Primbee is from Figtree and hung up again.

Mostly very good service, but I dont know if this has been subject to a change of owner or something - the service now is terrible. And the fact that they are not willing to rectify their BIG mistake (salmonella ridden chicken almost consumed by a 9 year old) unfortunately speaks volumes

Read moreI went with my 2 children for dinner there. We were the only diners there. The lady serving us had no idea of the menu dishes. We had to ask for the menus, then ask for water. Finally my dish came out but it beef salad not barbecue chicken with salad. My children were hungry so I offered my dish out to them while they were still waiting for theirs. The lady came back and said here is your dish. She then said that dish was for a takeaway. Took it away after we touched it and ate from it. Then the customer cam in they pop it in a container. So tempted to tell him that we ate from it. The service was disgusting, the food was disgusting. My meal was suppose to come with a salad. There were 3 small pieces of lettuce, that’s it. The lady said it is a salad. I suggest the workers need to do hospitality course to improve working with customers, personal hygiene, workplace environmental cleanliness and understand how to process an order. Read moreVery disappointing experience tonight. Ordered online through Menulog where the delivery time was quoted as an hour and a half wait. We called to change the order to pickup, was quoted half an hour. We arrived at the restaurant 40 minutes later to find our entrees cooked and waiting, no sign of the mains. After waiting a further 30 minutes the mains (pad see ew and fried rice) were finally ready and we took the order home with no apologies for the delay. Sadly our entrees were cold, the satay skewers came with not even enough sauce for one skewer and the spring rolls and curry puffs were soggy from sitting in the bag for so long.
