The Wollongong Hellenic Club — Restaurant in Wollongong City Council

I came here with my gorgeous girlfriend on a monday $12.5 all you can eat pizza and pasta night. For that price, we didnt expect much. Even so, Our experience was way below our low expectations. I suppose we probably expected some selection of pasta. Unfortunately, the club only offered dried out spagetti. We had to add the tomato Bolognaise pasta muk ourselves. This isnt a big deal, but the flavoured liquid was filthy and there was no other "pasta" options. The pizza tasted like cardboard and was "well done". It tasted worse than coles brand pizza, and was definitely cooked worse. The lighting of the place was like an operating theatre, and the mood like a 10 year olds funeral. The only good thing i can say about the place is the carpark is right next to the entry. This means that as soon as youre finished the worst dining experience of your life you can get the hell out of there as quick...

Absolutely terrible. So very angry we went to the kids disco that has signs everywhere that starts at 7 for $10. Well no it started at 6. But thats ok. I ordered lamb cutlets and 2 kids meals and a garlic bread i waited a long time for it. It turns out that they gave my meals to another table and when they realized they walked over and took the meals that had been sitting there for 10 mins and gave them to me. Then he said oh by the way we ran out of crumbed ones so we gave you grilled.... The garlic bread was harder then the floor. My sisters meal were appalling too. When the disco had finished at 7.30 they turned the music off and didnt even put the radio or any thing on for the kids that were still on the dance floor. The staff members except for the kids dj were really rude and not nice at all cant even smile. I dont recommend this disgraceful...

Really nice and lots too choose from even though you have to cook the meat yourself lol. Did worry me that when I walked in their is a notice saying that if you waste food you will be charged an extra $15. Well at $48 a head on a week day is a bit rough, but as a person that doesn't eat a great big meal worried me and was really modest in what I chose, but at least you can get more if wanted. But in their defence their are people that do take way too much and then of course just leave it and I don't think especially in these days you should ever waste food. The spicy chicken was awesome and if I go again will take a bit more of that. Kids loved it too and it does have...
