5 stars for the food itself and the delivery time. The only part of the experience that wasn't great was the online ordering.

I got mixed entree, red curry with tofu, and rice. The automated online ordering response said it would take 60 minutes to arrive, but it came in less than 30 mins. It was still hot and everything was absolutely delicious.

The ordering was not so good. It was 7.30pm on a rainy Saturday, so a super busy time. Ordering online, my payment was taken, but then the time for the restaurant to manually accept the order timed out (2.5 mins, I think).

I got a notification saying order not processed and my payment would be returned: "An automatic refund was initiated. It may take a few hours until you see those funds fully available again. In rare cases it may take several days." 15 hours later, the money still hasn't landed back in my account.

When I got the 'order not processed' notification, it gave me the option to try again. I did, reluctantly, but this time it went through. I'm glad I got to taste the food, because it was so good. But I can't see myself using their online ordering system again, because of the...

It was $20 for broth and some Mushrooms and plain chicken chunks. The broth was okay but a bit too sweet. I asked for noodles to add and they didn't include but left a note saying they cost extra- I was was happy to pay extras for plain noodles (even though it was overpriced already) and, I know they can adjust the price accordingly, I've done it before. I asked for cutlery and they didn't provide, I ticked the box and even mentioned it in the notes to ensure they saw it. The service staff are absolutely lovely. Even my teenagers said how nice the staff are here. Food-wise, tonight was the BEST thai food ive ever had in the illawarra - and this was our second night in a row ordering dinner from here, as it was super good last night too! Ordering online is super easy, with options to write in special requirements, and they always have the order ready within the given timeframe. Also love their weekday lunchtime specials.
