Popped into Skeleton on Sunday after my sons soccer gala day as I was starving and someone had recommended it to me.

I was not disappointed! I arrived at 12.50 and knowing they closed at 1pm I feared I'd get turned away as it was to late but it was the complete opposite.

I had a fantastic coffee and the chicken sandwich was unreal. Bread was soft, light and really complemented the spiciness of the chicken and sauted carrots.

My friend arrived 5 mins after I did so I got to taste the chips and then were brilliant as well.

The staff (think it was the owners) I dealt with were so accommodating and we stayed till almost 2pm sitting outside whilst the kids played at the park opposite and they cleaned up the kitchen.

Were certainly be going again to try a different sandwich when I'm next in the area.

Honestly, where do I start? Went out for a walk with my husband and kids to the park across the street and hubby pointed this place out because he liked the name. We decided to grab a quick bite to eat while the kids played, and OMG I think I'm in love! I got the pulled beef sandwich and my mind was blown! The beef was soft and flavourful, the caramelised onion and carrots added a sweet burst and the zing of the chimichurri just tied it all together perfectly. My husband got a jaffle to split with out daughter as they had already eaten, and is now kicking himself for not getting a sandwich. He has sinced asked if we can go for another walk tomorrow for lunch. Will 100% be coming back and recommending to all...
