Been here multiple times with my partner as we are proud Locals. We also used to love this venue as a Local favourite until earlier today. First few time’s visiting were absolutely amazing, friendly & quality experiences from service to food..

The Burger & fries were a oil dripping, greasy heart attack meal so much that the fried chicken, Beef & Bacon seemed to be all drowned in the same deep fryer oil then thrown straight on to the bun that became inedible soaked & absorbed with the oily fats that after a few bites having to push the remains to the side as it was sickening to the stomach.

It’s apparent there are new cooks (not chefs) in the kitchen filling in (time slots or days) that experience & Standards are nowhere to be found whatsoever. Standards have majorly slipped in these instances all round from serving food n drink’s & cleanliness to Vacant Tables/Chairs that were unbelievably dirty & grubby with no wipe downs or food scrap pick ups under feet at seated areas that had ample time for sanitation. Amazing how fast staff can reflect positive or negative experiences.

PS: We sat a while longer patiently after kindly approaching & giving our friendly feedback to the senior staff with the opportunity for a response but unfortunately walked out with a dissatisfied experience for the...

Service is lovely, very friendly staff and great atmosphere though the food is a bit gross. Very oily and prepared differently as the taste is very watery and oily. Great Staff just food isn't the best.

I cant reply to the response of the cafe though editing here to respond. It wasn't just the eggs that wasn't the best the whole dish was oily and drenched though I ate it regardless as it just reminded me of food in LA. I think its nice giving customers options openly from the start as not everyone will be aware of how you prep it. Not all customers are aware on how you prefer to make it but the eggs were like vomit. I did let yous know nicely when I was there to only be handed back the same. Still friendly service but the whole dish still wasn't the best. Maybe it was just the dish I had but I won't say all food is bad just my dish I had.

But accountability is nice rather then saying this is how we make it. Looking at other reviews here the oily feedback is given a bit so maybe a adjustment is needed by the Chef rather then the Customers being told that it's our fault for not telling the Chef on how to cook food...

Popped in to grab a takeaway coffee before the Sydney drive. Great coffee, friendly service, place looked nice. Next time will dine in and have some food. Can recommend for coffee. 5 stars

Edit March 2019. This time we dined in. What a mistake. Order was totally stuffed up by front of house staff, only coming to their notice after we queried what was happening with the meals. Turns out it was delivered to another table and was still sitting there! The kitchen staff did well to crank some food out once the problem was realised and food was pretty good quality (I hope they didn't just reheat it, but I'll give them benefit of the doubt). You pay up front here so staff just avoided us once the food was delivered. The offer of an extra coffee while we waited wouldn't have gone astray guys (everyone makes mistakes, it's how they are dealt with people remember). Sooo...coffee was good again, food was good, but front of house service just not quite there. Will probably grab takeaways before the Sydney drive next time, but will give dining in a miss. 2 stars removed from...
