We changed over to this Chinese about 6 years ago because we found it was better than the others in the area. Always liked that they gave young locals a chance at waitressing and previously they’ve been lovely and tried their best. … But tonight was appalling! The young girl with the attitude that had the cheek to say the slop that was plonked in front of me was “sort of sizzling at the bottom” do not work in hospitality, you are a disgrace. From the moment we walked in she was rude. We were squashed onto a table we couldn’t even fit our dishes on. There was not one but two larger tables available and we asked to move and you would not allow us to, even though at 7pm you didn’t even fill to 50% capacity and we phoned to make a booking. That girls mannerisms were atrocious.

All reviews/comments made about the level of salt are correct. It was filth! 6x dishes ordered and every single one was disgusting! 6x entrees were also bad.

Disgusting quality of the food and customer service.

Despite our efforts to address the issue of overcooked and chewy meat, the owner initially offered a full refund saying bring back what you have but then changed their mind when we had half left, resulting in a heated argument in front of other customers. Eventually, we received only a fraction of what we paid for our expensive order, leaving us completely over the whole experience. She even told me to bring our bin back with the rest of the meals lol for final refund. Owner was revolting to deal with.
