Domino's Pizza Yanchep — Restaurant in Yanchep

Tonight (05.09.2025) was an absolute disgrace. My family and I ordered dinner from Dominos Yanchep. Two large pizzas and a side. We placed the order online, paid, and were told delivery would arrive by 9:25 PM. We live just 1.5 kilometers from the store. It should have been simple. Instead, we waited. And waited. By 10 PM, still no food. I tried calling the store three times. No one picked up. My brother tried calling and they answered after two rings. That alone was suspicious. We asked about our order and were told there were no drivers available. No apology. No warning. Just silence until we chased them down. We asked when we would get our food and were told it would be another 40 minutes. That was completely unacceptable. We had to take an Uber to the store ourselves. When we arrived, it was chaos. Only two young staff members were running the entire place. No manager. No leadership. Just overwhelmed kids trying to hold it together. And we weren’t the only ones. Three other customers were there, just as angry, picking up their own cold, late orders. After three and a half hours, we finally got our food. It was ice cold. Not even remotely edible. The entire experience was a disaster. No communication. No accountability. No respect for customers. Dominos Yanchep should be ashamed of how they operate. My family put through an order yesterday 5.09.25 and did not have a great experience. Waited 2+ hours until my husband drove there to see what was going on, he came to find two young teens trying to manage orders on a Friday night with no senior/ manager in site. Our first reaction was frustration towards the workers till it became obvious they were left alone, feeling uncomfortable and put in a situation that should have never been. No matter what, on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday night there should always be a manger/senior there, especially with teens after 9pm! Dominos Yanchep should be ashamed that they thought it was okay to have two teens run a busy Friday night around midnight.

You want to hire younger people so you can pay them less but then you also want to put them in situations like this. Can’t imagine the abuse they would have received last night due to lack of support.

If the manager knew they were extremely short staffed last night, they should have made the decision to close earlier. At least that way there would have not been several disappointed customers and two young workers feeling extremely...

Ordered 2 pizzas and 1 side ONE hour in advance as I was travelling home from work. Arrived and was told it would be another 5 minutes, I stepped out to do other shopping, came back and it was still “ready in 5 minutes”

Fast forward 20 minutes and my food was “ready” only to be told by a staff member that one of my items had been “misplaced” and I would have to wait a further 10 minutes and I would get a free drink. The staff member was very young, clearly very stressed with little to no customer service experience and training.

I could not see a manager, only a staff member called Bianca who appeared to be in a senior position however she was more focussed on yelling orders at the young staff members. I felt the atmosphere was extremely unprofessional and hostile.

All of the other staff members seemed very young, inexperienced and untrained.

I will not be returning here as the service is extremely poor and unprofessional. I did not get the side I ordered nor a refund for the side that I did...
