Tonight was the third time that I’ve come to the store and received the wrong meal after paying for it two times I’ve received pickles in my burger when I’ve requested no pickles because I’m allergic tonight the second wrong burger I got had pickles in which I requested no pickles due to allergy I also paid and asked for cheese and there was no cheese in my burger then went through the drive-through again to again not get what I ordered or asked for and just wasting my money and time because I can’t even eat what I’ve paid for because I’m allergic to pickles and the staff don’t care about health and safety and customers Staff Dont answer the Hungry Jack’s phone line to even get this corrected or to get a voucher or refund or to make a complaint You cannot leave a complaint on the website give feedback does not work There is no email address listed to get your money back after still not receiving what you paid for and wasting 20 minutes...

Id rate ZERO stars if I could. Paid almost $30 for a double cheesy burger and delivery. The slop arrived cold, missing the extra onions I paid for, missing the extra beef patty that comes with the order. Missing lettuce as well. Drove it back to the store for a refund, Ofcourse that wasn’t going to happen, no offer to rectify the slop I was delivered either. After asking for the manager ( barely out of high school I’d say with no managerial skills other than I’m sorry but…) to have the burger I PAID for plus delivery to be remade as refund want going to happen, the staff required constant supervision. The store was also near empty, so hardly rushed off their feet which you could almost excuse for such slop. Today, my partner and I ordered online from Hungry Jacks Yanchep, and the experience was truly exceptional, thanks to the manager Sebastian. From the moment we interacted at the speaker box to when we received our food, Sebastian went above and beyond in customer service.

I requested that my meal be made fresh and assured him I didn’t mind waiting. Sebastian was incredibly accommodating and directed us to the third window while we waited. A few minutes later, he personally came out to inform us that one of the burger patties didn’t meet his standards, so he had it remade, apologizing for the extra wait.

Sebastian’s professionalism, humility, and attention to detail were impressive. He was courteous, kind, and considerate throughout the entire interaction. Employees like Sebastian are a rare find, and I have no doubt he’s headed for...
