Terrible service. If you decide to go to this Maccas do not even bother using the MyMaccas app because staff have no idea how to use it. I came through with my mobile order and gave the code at the speaker as usual and they said all good. When I got to the collection window they tried to give me another order so I showed them my phone with the code and repeated what I ordered. At this point it was clear they never put my order through on the screen so I thought they would now that they have seen it again. They asked me to park while they made the order so I did… 7 minutes later I get the same wrong order brought out to me so I explained to the person (a different person this time) that I placed the mobile order for xyz. A third person came back a few minutes later with a different bag and I asked if it was xyz and they said YES. I took the bag and opened it and immediately it was not my order but the girl had walked off already so I had to go inside the store to get it sorted out. When I came in and explained my order it was clear no one had actually put it through onto the screen. I’ve worked at Maccas before and know how the systems and screens work, it’s literally so easy to put it through so it is beyond me why it never happened. Overall it took 12 minutes for me to get a simple muffin meal order that took them less than 1 minute to wrap and bag once I went in to complain. No wonder it wasn’t busy there for a Saturday morning…staff definitely need more...
Read morevisited Yanchep Maccas this evening and had a very disappointing experience. I waited for over an hour to receive my order, and when it finally arrived, it wasn’t even correct. When I asked for the sauces that were already on the bench, it took another 15 minutes for the staff member to hand them to me, even though all she needed to do was pick them up and pass them over.
When I politely asked why it was taking so long, she didn’t respond and acted as if she didn’t care. I couldn’t see her name badge, but this was between 7–8 pm, and she had a tongue piercing. There were many customers waiting, and no effort was made to complete orders efficiently. The service came across as careless, unprofessional, and discriminatory toward some customers. Read moreWe just received our order from McDonalds Yanchep.....we spent $80...these are the chips we received and drinks also missing....barely no chips at all!!! Uber eats were quick to deliver and bags all sealed...so no fault of uber eats. We had the same kind of issue about a month ago...spent about the same amount...no kids meals at all...just the kids drinks.. other bits missing..we called the store last time and management were absolutely unhelpfull, rude and wouldnt do anything about our childrens meals, so we had to reorder, pay again and pay for another delivery. The fries are always half empty at this store everytime through the drivethru and I often ask for them to be filled up... but almost completely empty on a delivery....my drink is also missing from my meal this delivery. Have also attached pic of my hubby's quarter pounder ordered with lettuce added and no pickle.....barely any lettuce visable and has pickles. We are so bloody...
