Yanchep Pizza — Restaurant in Yanchep

Tldr; owners attitude is disgusting, doesn't care about cross contamination and because I asked for a partial refund, the owner now won't deliver to my address in future!

Did a $150 order for a party, ordered 6 family pizzas, 2 of them were vegetarian. They delivered 9 large pizzas, upon delivery told us they had no family size in stock. I was like oh okay that's fine... Then when we opened them, 3 of them were half-half pizzas. Ok, no worries... But what they had done was mix half a vegetarian pizza with half a meat pizza, with 2 of those half-half pizzas. So most of the vegetarian pieces had meat on them 🤦‍♀️. I called to complain and the guy on the phone was really nice and understanding however he had to talk to the manager/owner about it. So I ended up on the phone to the owner, explaiithe issue and also made a note that we weren't told there were no family pizzas available and had we been told we would have ordered something else from another shop, the owner was not understanding and being extremely argumentative. I asked for some of my money back, the owner said no, I explained a $30 refund would be fair, which is basically the price of 1 family size pizza. She said no she can't refund my order and offered to make a new pizza, which I didn't want because we had enough pizza, the issue was the cross contamination of meat on vegetarian pizza slices. So I asked her if she'd like me to come down and talk to her face to face about it, and she rudely said ok do that then and hung up on me. So I did, me and a friend went down there and when I arrived she was straight up rude. I was nice and I started by asking her what she thought my issue was so we could clarify and ensure she was understanding my issue. She proceeded to say it was that I only got 1 vegetarian pizza and I said no, it's the meat cross contamination on the half-half pizzas. One of the other staffbers tried to explain to me that they can't refund the whole order and I interrupted him and said hang on, I never asked for that and on the phone I told your boss multiple times I only wanted a $30 refund for the vegetarian pizza mess up, don't you think that's fair mate? His boss forgot to mention I wasn't asking for a FULL refund, and he agreed my request was reasonable, looked at the owner who continued to rudely say no and so he threw his hands up in the air and walked out the store! (Clearly he was sick of the situation and the owner not understanding, please keep in mind he was very nice). So at this point I threatened to leave a bad review on Facebook and that I know ALOT of people locally and guaranteed you will lose not only me as a customer but everyone at my party will never order from her. She didn't care, so my friend who was with me, attempted to show her photos of the issue, explained how cross contamination can harm people who have allergies and she just smirked and continued to say no to the refund, so he threatened her with calling the healthful department. Another staff member came out, and i asked her what she thought of the situation and she could see my issue and understood, but the owner was just not having it. Finally the owner offered me $20 and I said no, I prefer $30 it's not that hard, you know? So she finally caved and gave me $30 and said they will never deliver to my address again and told all her staff to remember my address (which is fine, why would I order...

I am a very loyal customer and love my yanchep pizzas. Tonight I was very disappointed with customer service. I ordered our pizzas with 45min delivery time, which was fine with us. 60mins goes by then 75mins goes by. So I call just to find out if it had left yet. I was told sorry but we are unstaffed and we have sent your order to alkimos pizza. (Which we don't like there pizzas) she told me she would get the manager to ring them to find out where it is and they would call me back. Of course they didn't call me back. So I called them back after not hearing anything for 15mins. She was very cold to talk to after I explained maybe next time please call us to say your under staffed and are unable to deliver. Then we would of just come to pick it up(not a big deal). We ended up waiting 1 hour and 35mins for a terrible pizza from alkimos, cold soggy box and quash and a cold garlic bread. DO NOT BOTHER! Recently, I relocated to the area and Yanchep Pizza was suggested to me. The food was well below par, with the ingredients not even appearing fresh. The wings were dry and tasteless and for spending almost $100.00 we all agreed Domino's would have been a better option. They advertised Chocolate Bavarian and Strawberry Cheesecake $13.00 each, but what arrived was 4 budget-brand ice creams and a cookies and cream. When I called the establishment, all the young man could say was “No, that is what the Cheesecake is… the ice creams”. Honestly, you could have picked up woolies brand trumpets for less than $5.00 and it would have tasted better. If I could give this place a zero I would! Do yourself a favour - go somewhere else!...
