KFC Yass — Restaurant in Yass

This is by far the filthiest restaurant / KFC I have ever had the displeasure of stepping foot into. The bins were full, rubbish was stacked up high and well overflowing with rubbish. There was food and rubbish bags on the floor creating slip and trip hazards. The toilets were just the same and looked like it had been a week between cleans. The upholstery on the bench seats is well worn through and unable to be cleaned effectively. The more I looked around the worse it got. I watched a staff member checking his phone whilst people were waiting to be served. He seemed pleasant enough though. 3 of the 6 self-service kiosks were not functioning at all. Other customers were vocal about the cleanliness of the place. We chose to eat in our car rather then stay in the restaurant. I regretted not going to the service station next door for a stale sandwich. I have also reviewed the restaurant on their own website and regret not requesting a call back from their staff. My friend & I were driving from Melbourne to Sydney. We had a very long drive & just wanted to get kfc for dinner as we were very tired. I went through drive through & tried to order 2 separate orders. They said no only one per car only. I got to the window & said we wanted two separate orders to the young man. He asked for help as he was new there. A blonde girl name ‘jadnye’ came to the window so rudely saying we don’t do two separate orders. I told we’ve ordered from so many kfc before & they do two separate orders. She said very rudely ‘well we don’t do it & that’s our policy’ she was so unprofessional & giving me attitude. I told her do not give me attitude. She ran away and didn’t speak to me again. I asked the young man for her name & she said jadynee’ if that’s her name. Got into this KFC on the way to Melbourne just to have some quick lunch not expecting anything different to all other KFC's. As I stepped in everything seemed fairly normal. Placed my order and so did 3 other people at the same time. They all started preparing orders, some got a bit stressed by the fact that they got 4 orders in 1 go. But as time slowly passed on, the people that ordered at the same time as me started getting their food. I was still waiting, having the biggest order (2x $5 lunchbox), but I was not in a hurry at all. Other bloke comes up to the counter ready to order and the girl who was preparing my order gets told to help him. This is where it got interesting. Suddenly she has a complete mental breakdown, storms off into the back to come back throwing things on the ground and insulting her colleagues. Manager comes walking in to take the guy's other and prepare mine as if nothing happened. Best KFC experience...
