Elite‘s Pizzeria Restaurant Bad Aussee — Restaurant in Bad Aussee

Warning to non german speaking tourists: Do not go there! Food is ok nothing special. Recently, we visited a restaurant where we had a very unpleasant experience. The staff did not speak English, only German, which was the first issue. When we wanted to order a pizza to go, one waiter understood us and said it was okay, but then looked at the manager who said "No". Whatever I said to him, he just kept repeating "No".

When we finally said we would eat in the restaurant, the manager said "Okay", which means they do understand English. After such an interaction, we felt unwelcome. I find this behavior completely unprofessional and rude, regardless of the fact that we do not speak their native language. We felt like second-class citizens, not tourists. It's a shame for a...

NOTHING ABOUT THIS RESTAURANT IS ELITE !!! There was a HAIR in my food!!! Also the dirt?!?!! Bread crumbs all over the seating, tables were nasty, menu list sticky!! I dont even want to know how the inside of the kitchen looks like. As I am reading these reviews, other customers had the same experience with rudeness and unacceptable attitude of the staff, especially the "manager"🤡 If you want to be a good host at a tourist location, just learn english. If not, dont open "fancy" looking fastfood wreck like this.

racist, ordered half hour and told me nothing to do and refuse order for me but do it for other customers at the same time. Asked manager sir could u check my order, who ignored me and order for other customers. Cant believe it.
