We arrived at 20:15, we ordered a drink and everything went normally. After ten minutes we ordered food. After an hour and a quarter, we politely asked the staff how long it would take to eat. They assured us it would be right away, just for a moment. So after another ten minutes, we asked again, how long would it be? They didn't even look in the kitchen and ask the cooks, and they said again in a moment. Here I caught the suspicion that they are not preparing anything for us and we don't care at all. We waited further, for a total of an hour and a half, and we ran out of patience. I completely understand that they are busy and it was quite full, but the behavior of the staff became outrageous. We were told that we had to wait another 15 minutes for our food, so we got up and hungry, after half past ten, left the restaurant without eating. We told them that waiting for food (3 pizzas, 1 soup, 1 salad, 1 pasta and 1 chicken pieces) for an hour and three quarters was just too much and the lady (probably the boss) became extremely uncomfortable with us and she literally gestured at us like "get out of the restaurant". Other people got food relatively quickly, I don't understand where was the problem, we behaved decently all the time. And beware, even after a very good experience in this restaurant (from the same day!) this happened to us. The people in the reviews were right. We had to wait for 2 hours and 20 minutes to get our 2 Pizzas. The only Restaurant in town that does delivery but please just be honest to you customers if you are so busy that you cannot deliver because for 2 hours and 20 minutes we could have gotten pizza from munich... We told the delivery man that the wait was way to long and we expected some sort of discount or at least an apology but all he said was that the other pizza restaurant in town was closed (we knew this because otherwise we would have gone there).
