Did not have the chance to try any of the meals from menu, as I was harased all the time to provide a negative PCR test after I was seatting at the table and ready to order. I was the only client inside and although there was no note saying that you have a negative PCR test with you I kindly asked them to wait till I will get the vaccination certificate on my phone Sent from my computer at home. While on phone they ask me four times if I got it and then they ask me to wait outside!!!!. In few minutes I have received the electronic version of my certificate and presented. First, they rejected saying is not a negative test. Regretfully I had to take off my former 5 star review, due to an unpleasant incident. A fly walked all over my hot meal (indoor) before I even took a bite. It was somewhat stuck so I couldn't even drive it off until it somehow fell off the plate, half dead. It was very disgusting. I showed them what happened, asked to replace my meal and they did, but at the cash I discovered to my surprise that they charged me for first order too. Their claim was that the fly was not their fault. I said ok, but still I thought as obvious that they would replace the order at no charge, or at least notify me that they intended to charge. Köstliche Tomatensuppe, liebevoll und detailreich angerichtet. Essen prinzipiell ganz gut zubereitet, geschmacklich gibt's grundsätzlich nix zu meckern. Es wird dekorativ und appetitlich serviert.

Beim heutigen Besuch ist leider wieder ein wenig schief gelaufen aber kaum der Rede wert. Die Kellnerin war freundlich und bemüht. Leider hat sie meinen Tortilla Wrap viel zu früh, beim Suppe essen gebracht, er war dann komplett kalt. Möglicherweise war er auch nur sehr kurz und heiß gemacht worden, auf einer Seite war er etwas schwarz. Eine Zutat im Wrap war anders als angegeben, er war mit Käse gefüllt und das passte nicht dazu. Die Hauptspeise während der Vorspeise zu bekommen ist mir auch beim letzten Besuch, mit einer Pizza damals. Die war dann auch kalt, der gewünschte Rucola darauf wurde vergessen, allerdings verrechnet. Der Kellner schien damals auch etwas überfordert oder war abgelenkt, es waren mehr Gäste als üblich im Lokal denke ich. Kaum eine meiner Bestellungen hat ganz gepasst. Getränke wurden vergessen, er wirkte auch leicht verwirrt bei Fragen und bei weiteren Bestellungen, brachte mir 2 mal etwas falsches und ein paar weitere Kleinigkeiten liefen zudem schief.

Absolut positiv ist jedoch das neue vegane Angebot (Doppelseite in der Speisekarte!) Hervorzuheben! Zur Auswahl stehen verschiedene Pizzen, Burger und Tortilla Wraps, inklusive veganen Käse und Saucen. Die neue Speisekarte, also das Angebot sowie das Ambiente wurden stark erweitert und verbessert.

Letzte Kritik betrifft das Liefergebiet. Wir wohnen ein paar Ortschaften weiter, Richtung Burgenland und werden erst ab einer Mindestbestellsumme von 50€ und einer zusätzlichen Liefergebühr beliefert. Seltsamerweise gilt diese Einschränkung nicht für etwas weiter entfernte Ortschaften in der Umgebung, was ich als sehr ärgerlich empfinde. Zu zweit erreichen wir die Mindestbestellsumme...
