The quality of fish dishes here is not that great. Everything tasted bland and I found myself peppering on my plate. I ordered almost crusted trout. Honestly I don't understand why they needed to put almond like this all over the fish. It made me think they cook it like this for people who don't know what is is like to have real, fresh fish. I had a bite from my bf's grilled trout too. It was not that great either.

I was hoping some amazing flavors or tastes coming out of this plate. Well obviously because of almonds over fish, one would think it would be some sort of creative dish. So bland. No love in what they cook.

Maybe services for fishing in the pond is awesome by the restaurant. But honestly, the food here was not that great. What makes it worse, the staff was not friendly either.. At least, if the staff was smiling at you and asking if the food was okay, it would make the experience a tad better.

One great thing was plating of the dish. A flower on top was nice.

Overall, I think this restaurant serves fishes for people who haven't really had real great seafood dishes.

Went for lunch, nice place, good food, friendly waiters. Can't rate them more though, for what happened when asked for the bill. Only then we were told they accept cash only (no cards). We didn't see any signs of this. and weren't told before ordering. We only had Swiss Francs, which they were happy to accept, however for a hefty fee. After calculations, taking the current exchange rate into account we paid 23% more than the actual bill. That to me is pure theft, and a reason no to go back. Mein Prinzip mir vor einem Lokalbesuch erst einmal die Rezensionen und dabei vor allem die niedrig bewerteten Rezensionen anzuschauen hätte mich beinahe um ein erstklassiges Abendessen gebracht. Die hohe Zahl der Bewertungen mit einem Stern haben mich skeptisch gestimmt. Bei genauerem Hinsehen stellte sich aber heraus, dass sich die Kritik hauptsächlich auf Erlebnissen von Anglern bezog, die mit dem Service beim selber Angeln nicht zufrieden waren. Einige kritische Rezensionen bezogen sich auf das schlechte Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Ich entschloss mich trotzdem mit meiner Familie hinzugehen und muss sagen: Wir waren alle begeistert! Wir haben selten einen so flotten Service erlebt wie in diesem Restaurant. Die Servicekraft nahm unsere Getränkebestellung auf und kam bereits 2 Minuten später mit den Getränken. Dasselbe bei den Speisen. Bereits 15 Minuten nach der Bestellung standen die Speisen für alle auf dem Tisch. Aber nicht etwa frisch aufgewärmt aus der Mikrowelle sondern frisch zubereitet. Die gegrillte Forelle war mega heiß und schmeckte frisch gegrillt. Der kleine Beilagensalat erwies sich als Riesenportion. Und dabei schmeckte alles super lecker. Nach diesem ausgezeichneten Einstieg gönnten wir uns noch eine Nachspeise. Sowohl die Eispalatschinken als auch das Fruchtsorbet haben uns in unsere Meinung bestärkt, dass das Güfel künftig unser Restaurant 1.
