SHAME!! I've never seen so bad host service! We didn't know it opens at 14h so we camed at 13h, unfriendly waiters told us to come at 14h again, of course we lefted with a reservation for 14h We camed back at 13:58 and the garden is full, everyone is already eating. We were waiting a little to be seated and then tried to enter and the waiter told me to leave and waved to me. I asked Another waiter who seemed nice what's the difference between us and other people he told me they are vip and friends! At that moment the owner camed out and started to Yell 'they are my friends and family, they can always enter! I would be happiest person if you just leave and keep driving your car' so he just refused 4 guests without any reason, Instead of Correcting employee's mistake! SHAME!!! We dropped in without knowing what to expect, and we were surprised in the best possible way. Great selection of wines, but also normal soft drinks and coffee. Dishes are a bit on the meaty side, but it's no problem to get salad, cheese or the fantastic bread. Eigentlich noch immer schönes Ambiente, ABER sicherlich nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Abzocke im Weinberg! Wenn ich lese das Kümmelbraten 7.90 kostet und er mir warm (der war nicht einmal warm) angeboten wird, dann nehm ich nicht an das der plötzlich 14 kostet. Aufklärung durch Karte oder Personal dringend notwendig. Wenn ich gefragt werde: Welchen Salat wollen denn, den xySalat oder einen Käferbohnen Salat, dann nehm ich an das der dazu gehört. Dort nicht, man wird einfach wie eine Weihnachtsgans ausgenommen. Der Kümmelbraten war staubtrocken Die Käferbohnen waren bis oben hin mit schwarzer Essigmarinade angefüllt, so richtig zum ertränken. Dabei hat das Kürbiskernöl nach nichts geschmeckt. Ein Teil des Betriebs, der überdachte, war gesperrt, obwohl die Sonne vom Himmel geschienen hat bei 35 Grad. Platz war noch im Weingarten, wo man einfache Tische und uralt Sonnenschirme aufgestellt hat, die keinen Sonnenschutz geboten haben, nicht verstellbar waren und damit kaum Sonnenschutz boten. Einfach nur da waren um sagen zu können das man welche hat + schmutzig Nachdem der Bus seine Reisenden abgeliefert hatte, war die vorher schon nicht aubere Toilette gar nicht mehr zu benutzen, weil zwischendurch sauber machen, keinem eingefallen wäre. Für mich ein absolutes no go und gegenüber der letzten Jahre in der Qualität...
