Lucky Food — Restaurant in Gemeinde Schwechat

So far I have been here a couple times this year, The food is very good, The staff are mostly friendly(there is an elderly lady weiter that is not really happy hehe), I always order crispy beef because it's amazing. Sadly last time I was there i found 2 long blonde hair inside my crispy beef(they were from hair extensions and I got very short and black hair, so it wasn't my hair haha) other than that, never had any issues, prices are good, atmosfere good. Food gets prepared really fast and is always fresh. They also offer drive thru, but note that they offer only like 10 food options out of 50+ food options for drive thru, so if you wanna takeaway something that they don't offer in drive thru, just order with phone and then...

Visited on a Sunday evening and took a seat outside A person came and handed us over the menu cards.

Barely after 2 mins another waiter arrived asking us for order: When we said we need some time He rudely said okay fine then you will also wait and immediately left slamming the door next to us.

Having this bad and rude experience we immediately left and decided not to eat there since they do not know how to treat customers.

It was the first time I went there and having experienced unfriendly and rude waiter I wouldn’t dare visiting again.

I hope the management reads this as the waiter brings only bad reputation to the business and loss...

Zuerst mal das Positive: Das Essen passt eig immer schmeckt gut und ist nicht allzu teuer

Nun das Negative: Jedes mal wenn man in das Restaurant geht und drinnen isst ist die Bedienung dermaßen unfreundlich weder eine Begrüßung noch sonst was. Die Menükarten werden einem hingeknallt damit alles so schnell wie möglich geht. Die einzige freundliche Bedienung ist wenn man sich etwas zum Mitnehmen beim Drive-in bestellt. Noch dazu wenn man Maki im Restaurant bestellen will kann man sich zw 9 oder 18 stück entscheiden. Wenn man nach 12 stück fragt wird einem gesagt, dass das nicht geht. Wenn man aber im Drive-in bestellt hat man die Möglichkeit sich zwischen 6,12 oder 18 stück zu entscheiden, was ich dann doch ziemlich dreist finde. Noch dazu gehen sie im Restaurant kaum auf Wünsche ein bzw sind sehr unflexibel.

Allem in allem: Wem Freundlichkeit egal ist kann hingehen, weil das Essen eig relativ gut ist. Ich war schön öfter dort, aber mittlerweile überlege ich mir, ob ich das nächste mal hingehen werde weil die Freundlichkeit immer...
