McDonald's — Restaurant in Gemeinde Schwechat

The mc cafe ladies black hair who made bad taste matcha latte. The latte was sweet and she said there is not sugar or syrup “I made it in front of you” but of course she gave me her back when she prepared it. And another blonde who refused to mention her name to me as a customer telling me I don’t need to mention my name to you! She was acting rude telling me in proper English “I don’t speak english” but I speak 5 other languages since she lives in Austria “she said” I never experience issue in Austria as this is the first time that happens to me as the barista lady was from Slovakia. How can they open McDonald’s near the airport when employees don’t speak proper English??? How can McDonald’s or any other restaurant near the airport with no mc cafe...

Food was near damn cold and add on notes have been ignored. If someone doesn’t want tomatoes (or whatever) does it over come to mind that that person might have severe allergies? Accidentally chewing on it or even getting in contact with a tomato can ruin my whole day and it’s considered assault. Go and google the symptoms and what happens if one doesn’t has his allergy meds at hand. Specifically asked for no tomato’s. I had to Throw the whole thing away cause I can’t eat that! Thx for nothing. Even 1 star...

War anfangs meiner Meinung nach eine der besten Filialen, die ich kenne. Aber leider hat sich hier einiges zum Nachteil geändert. Bei drei Besuchen in Serie unglaublich lange Wartezeit...das fängt schon bei der Kassa an. Das Personal sieht einen bei der Kassa warten, kommt nicht auf die Idee einen zu bedienen, sondern packen weiter Speisen für Mc Drive Kunden ein. Es gibt zwar nur eine Kassa, aber die sollte auch zügig bedient werden. Das geht so nicht. Leider wird man beim Bestellen auch immer wieder mit Zwischenfragen unterbrochen und auch das führt nur zu Missverständnissen. Vielleicht einfach mal nur zuhören. Beim nächsten Besuch , kaum Gäste anwesend, 15 Minuten am Tisch auf einen lächerlichen Toast zum Frühstück gewartet. Auch hier keine Entschuldigung von Seiten des Personal s. Aber der Höhepunkt...24 Minuten Wartezeit auf einen Mc Plaint. Kann man anhand der Uhrzeit am Kassabon ja eindeutig nachrechnen. Das geht gar nicht...das ist immer noch Fast Food...oder irre ich mich. Auch hier keine Entschuldigung. Das war früher nicht so. Und ich war sehr oft dort. Aber wenn man so auf seinen Burger oder Toast wartet, kann man sich auch ein wenig die Agilität im Mc Café ansehen und beobachten, wie lange man für einen Cafe Latte benötigt. Das ist dann auch schon etwas amüsant... Sorry, aber 1 Sterne....mehr geht so...
