We arrived around lunch when peter the owner was all by him self making and serving the food. We had fried sausages, fried potatoes and coleslaw salad which are all made from scratch at the restaurant. The salad and potatoes were really good but it was nothing in compare to the sausages that were amazingly Juicy and full of flavour! Wir waren vor kurzem zum ersten Mal im Heimlich essen und sind mehr durch Zufall darauf gestoßen. Mir fällt es schwer die richtigen Worte zu finden, weil es einfach so eine besondere und tolle Erfahrung war. Die Bewirtung war ausgesprochen freundlich, kommunikativ, flexibel und authentisch. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Aber wenn ich an das Essen denke, bekomme ich förmlich eine Gänsehaut. Ich weiß nicht, wie die Herren es in der Küche schaffen dem Gast eine derartige Geschmacksexplosion auf den Teller zu zaubern. Ich bin einfach immer noch hin und weg. Die Gerichte sind raffiniert, die Texturen spielen miteinander und der Geschmack bleibt noch lange in Erinnerung und verlangt nach Wiederholung. Wer möchte kann auch die Weinbegleitung wählen. Die Weine waren sehr vielfältig, ausgefallen und wohlschmeckend. Ich glaube ich habe noch nie so tolle Geschichten über die Herkunft und Kreation von Weinen gehört wie in diesem Restaurant.
