Not so schlager-festival pisten restaurant for a somewhat older audience and families. Terraces look out over the ski school and the entire "Mittel station". On a sunny day, this is the place to be.

The service is swift and attentive, they take your order at the tables. Both inside and outside. 2 people behind the bar and three serving the tables. Highly trained and excellent staff 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Menu is Austrian with original daily specials, just a little out of the ordinary and not your run of the mill dishes. Portions are ample and enough to feed most. Soups are excellent 👌🏼

They serve Illy coffee ☕❤️ and have a Thermoplan automatic coffee machine, which is fantastic. Among the best machines there are, high volume and always great coffees. Espresso was as you'd expect from Illy, dark and bitter, but balanced right. No distinguishable sweet or acidic tones though, perhaps slightly aged beans. A day or two. We were couple of times in this restaurant in September during our vacation and we could be more happy. Starting from the location, which is amazing, through food and super service.

Wir wurden vom Personal ignoriert, haben uns dann die Speisekarte vom Nachbarstisch geholt. Nach mehrmaligen rufen zu den Kellnern hat uns dann gefühlt der fünfte seine aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Wir wollten gerne etwas zu essen bestellen, der Kellner hat uns sehr unsympathisch rüber gebracht das gerade „essen und trinken stopp“ ist. Sprich es werden keine bestellungen aufgenommen und er würde uns bescheid geben wenn es wieder geht. (Und das ganze nach 14 Uhr wo der größte Andrang vorrüber ist) Natürlich hat uns der Herr nach mehr als 20min nicht bescheid gegeben das man wieder bestellen konnte. Wir haben uns dann an eine Dame gewendet die sehr nett war, danach ist das essen recht schnell gekommen und es war alles lecker. Beim bezahlen war dann bei uns zufällig gerade Trinkgeld-Stopp. Nächstens mal werden wir eine andere...
