PIZZORAMA - Café & Pizzeria Italiana — Restaurant in Jerzens

Last year, we had an excellent meal here – great food and friendly service. That experience made us decide to return this year to celebrate a birthday. Since we were a group of eight, we made a reservation in advance. Upon arrival, we were informed that the pizzaiolo was sick and wouldn't be back for more than a week. As a result, over half the menu was unavailable. Illness is, of course, beyond anyone’s control. What we found disappointing, however, was the complete lack of communication beforehand. The restaurant had our contact details but didn’t inform us. Instead, this was shared with us on-site, and in a rather uninterested manner.

For some in our group – including vegetarians – this left very limited options. We considered leaving, but finding a new place for a group of eight at the last minute is difficult to arrange.

The dishes we ended up ordering were just average. The fries were overly salty, and the pasta was okay but nothing special.

All in all, it's a decent restaurant, especially if you're coming for the pizza (and they’re serving it) – which is of very good quality. The rest of the menu doesn’t quite measure up. And if something unexpected happens, don’t count on clear or customer-oriented...

We stayed at the Panorama hotel from 30 December to 2 January. The facility is wonderful with stunning views. Excellence in everything whit a lot of conforts, from spa to restaurant. Super heated and clean rooms. A real cuddle, thanks to the attention to detail by the staff. We highly recommend staying at the Panorama alpin hotel to live a unique and fancy experience. Really Well connected to the ski slopes, you can in fact, take advantage of a free shuttle to reach the funicular. Professional staff, Nina and Luigi entered info our hearts, they are Innovative and lovely owners. At The Panorama hotel you can also eat a delicious pizza if you want to feel just like in Italy. Die Pizzen sind im Stil "Napolitana", dicker Luftiger Rand, dünner Boden.

Pizzen waren Just-in-Time pünktlich fertig und wir haben ca. 43€ bezahlt. Für eine Gastronomie in einem Hotel, ist das ein angebrachter Preis.

Der Service kann nur flüchtlich beurteil werden, da wir nur nur kurz zum bestellen und abholen dort waren. Die Begegnung war sehr positiv und freundlich. Erster Eindruck zum Ambiente, modern, gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Werden nächstes Mal dort essen.

Die Pizzen sind groß und für uns 4 waren 3 Pizzen mehr als genug.

Geschmacklich sehr gut.

Unser persönliches Empfinden / konstruktive Kritik: -Diavola, vermutlich Rindssalami und der Geschmack ist rassig. ggf. gerne eine 0815 Salami probieren, diese sind meist milder vom Geschmack. -An sich darf die Pizza gerne etwas crunchy sein, also Rand und vor allem Boden etwas mehr Farbe. (Uns ist bewusst das es keine Pizza im Stil "Romana" ist)
