I ordered Pasta Carbonara (wasn't the best choice) and water. The bill was 18 EUR, when I wanted to pay with a card, the waitress said that bills under 20 EUR can only be paid in cash! I didn't have cash and asked where is this rule written and why weren't we told this before ordering? The waitress was rude and repeated that this is their rule. My friend paid the bill for me.
